| Gentle Ben was almost starving to death in 2003 |

| It took us almost 2 yrs to place him in his perfect home because of the neglect. |
| Peanut lived with us 3 years until he was placed. |

| We got him sound from serious founder after discovering Amigo Juice. It took only 5 days! |
| This lovely old fellow is a baby sitter for kids |

| Although in his 20's he still has a great purpose, and is loved. |
| Misty Came in unhalterbroke with a 2 yr old baby |

| She is now a well trained mare, owned by a teenager who adores her. |
| Rusty's placement didnt work out the 1st time |

| He was then placed in the perfect ranch home with a companion pony and is doing great! |
| Socks came from Missouri to be a jumper |

| But found his nitch as a west texas ranch pony for a 7 yr old. |
| Joe is a Reg. Caspian Stallion. His owner died. |

|
| He now lives in luxury with a Sporthorse trainer nearby. |
| Old Bones was this Pretty Palominos Name. |

|
| We changed it to Frankie, and he was adopted by a children's center 4 days later. |
| Josie was adopted by a DVM. |

|
| She had a leg injury, and is under good care now. |
| Miss Nelly was being ridden from Texas to Kansas |

|
| She had a torn tendon and burns on her chest from pulling a heavy wagon. She needed lots of rehab. |
| This adorable baby was donated with a crooked leg. |

| Her new parent couldn't wait to get her and came at 5 am to pick her up the next day! |
| Sunny was hard to place because of training issues |

|
| But we found a good rider who loves him with th help of a Meadow Haven friend who connected them! |
| .32? Hardly! Irreplaceable is more like it! |

| Mr. Redford was kindly donated by his owner after his pasture buddy died. |
| Faydra lived off of deer corn for years. She has |

|
| only one eye, but her new owner still adores her. Her pasture is a sea of grass. |
| Beautiful Piper was living on a big ranch, fending |
|
|
| for herself for many years. She now has someone to love her. |

| Brock has a stumbling/falling problem and is a permanent resident at Meadow Haven |
| Bingo came to us, unbroke with a serious infection |

| He was adopted out t.....and look at him now (below) |
| Bingo was adopted for $300, and resold 2 yrs later |

| for $13,000! He is a show jumping pony now. Goes to Show, we get some nice ones in! |
| Some folks dont want a lame horse... |

| But often they can be great companions! |
| Lacy was found wondering the road. |

| Her owner was located 6 wks later and didnt knowshe was gone! She had rain rot...before and after. |
| scott was at another rescue for a year. |

| we placed him in 5 weeks with a trainer who will make him a children's mount. |

| Ben had a broken jaw, kidney/bone deterioration... |

| He has a loving family with parents who adore him. |
| Raony Pony was donated due to a divorce |

| She gets lots of attention at her new forever home. |
| Smash Became too hard to handle barrel racing. |

| She likes her new job as companion. |
| Notch was in his late 20's and lived here 2 yrs. |

| He was also a new horse with Amigo Juice and was placed for a child to ride in 2007. |
| Dante Came From another Rescue |

| He was taken under the Directors wing and recovered. He now has a perfect home! |
| Spanky didn't like his job as a dressage horse. |

| But he loves his new career at the ranch, His new ower searched a long time for the perfect horse. |
| Hansel's Mom moved away and couldnt take him. |

| he found a good home in the Austin Area |
| Rockie came to us terribly foundered |

| He was rehabilitated, gelded, and is now a children's riding pony. |
| A Neighbor Fell In Love With Prince |

| He is a Reg. Miniature, and although only 33 inches tall, he thought he was a big horse! |
| Derby required $1300 shoulder surgery. |

| At 7 yrs old she was finally adopted out to a loving home for $50. |
| BJ was in her 30's when she arrived |

|
| and is now used for 4H children to learn grooming and care. |

| Sadly outgrown and donated, he now lives near San Antonio and is very loved by his new parents! |

Older Horses Can Sometimes Be Rehabilitated For Light Riding, and Can Be Perfect for Fearful Riders.

| and was perfect for a youngster to love. No more roping for him! |
| Some horses dont do well at summer camps/ |

| But they do great one on one! This one came to us with a sinus problem. |

| Proper feeding can do wonders for a horse! She was living off Dog Food when she came to MH. |
